It’s almost time for Día de Muertos! Sure, you could buy the pan dulce from the other stores, but Mercadito Hispano is the only Latin bakery that can promise that the baked goods are no more than a few hours old. They rotate the stock daily. Other places import their pastries from Nashville once a week. You don’t want that. You don’t deserve that. You deserve the hot conchas that slide out of Mercadito’s ovens around noon every day.
