Have you heard of the Community Farmers Market, but aren’t sure of how it works, what is sold or when/where it takes place? This class will explain how fresh vegetables, fruits, wine, cheese, eggs, honey, baked goods and canned produce end up at the market (which is now open year round). Jackson will discuss the benefits of produce and provide examples of the handmade crafts that are also available.
