Rob Baas is the kind home chef we love. He doesn’t sit around and wait for a restaurant to serve him great food, he goes out and achieves it by looking for great local ingredients. That’s why his Grilled Rack of Lamb from River Cottage Farm is so awesome. He went to the local farmer’s market and followed a recipe and voila:
First, head out to Community Farmer’s Market or Rian’s Fatted Calf Meat Shoppe and learn more about the local food. Then go fan Rob’s Grill. There you see what he’s up to plus he gives you the recipe like he did with this great dish. Local food tastes better, more so with the satisfaction of knowing you did it all by yourself!
