I know it’s an apple farm and I know their apple cider and turnovers are to die for but I must say it. I am a bigger fan of the Fall Festival and the Pumpkins at Jackson’s Orchard than anything else they do. It may be that I’m more of a fall kind of person but seeing the hay rides, the slides in full function, those beautiful pumpkins and you still can get the great candy apples and apple cider make this one of the best 5 weekends of the year!
The petting zoo and slides/play area for the kids is a parents dream. All that energy will be out of their little bodies when they leave Jackson’s Orchard and they will be one happy camper.

Pumpkin Festival starts the 2nd weekend this Saturday 8am-6pm, Sun 1pm-6pm. Hayrides to the Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze ($3- 6 & under FREE). Playground (all day $2 each ages 3-13), Moonwalk, Face Painting & Hair Painting ($2 each), Sand Art & Wooden Craft Art (various amounts), Petting Zoo ($1.50 includes 1 cup of feed), Pony Rides ($3 each). Plus Hot Dog Cart, concessions, lots of apples, pumpkins & much more.
