Who doesn’t love a good Willy Wonka inspired caffeinated drink we they can get one? This week the Chief Barista at Spencer’s Coffeehouse shares with us the recipe for his latest creation. Hopefully when we drink this we won’t be disqualified from winning the Wonka kingdom:

1.) Fill cup halfway with ice, then pour sparkling water to top of ice.
2.) Add a splash of cream, a la Italian Creme Soda.
3.) Add three pumps simple syrup.
4.) Stir.
5.) Add two shots of espresso to drink, do this gently so that layers hold
up. (You can pull shots directly onto drink if you use the bottomless PF) *The espresso melts some of the ice, toning down the fizziness. MAKE SURE THE SHOTS ARE GOOD ONES.
6.) Add a little more ice to top off drink.
7.) Top with whipped cream, and let customer know they should stir it
well before drinking.
