This weekend the ladies of Vette City are going to battle to benefit the Dream Factory. This weekend’s ‘Triple Crown Throw Down’ at the Skate Box will be a double header as the ladies of Bowling Green’s Vette City ‘Hot Broads’ take on visitors take on Demolition City Destruction Dames at 5pm. In the second half of the double header the Vette City ‘Vixens’ host the Derby City Roller Girls.
Those in attendance can participate in the hat contest they will be having, it is Derby day and we all love hats! Remember this is a double header that will benefit The Dream Factory, an non-profit group that grants dreams to critically and chronically ill children from the ages of three through eighteen.
This event will take place at The Skate Box at 506 Three Springs Road, doors open at 4pm. Advance tickets can be purchased for $8 (Children under 10 are allowed in free of charge) and $10 at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased at Great Escape Records and Comics, Spencer’s Coffeehouse, Asphalt Beach, The Skate Box and Greener Groundz.
