Spencer’s Italian Cream Soda Recipe:

Using any brand of sparkling water, add 2-4 ounces of flavored syrup (blackberry is a personal favorite) and about 1 ounce of half-and-half to 10-12 ounces of the water. Stir, add ice, and voila!
