There is nothing better but to see your colleagues recognize when you are giving the extra effort and are leading your industry. The WKU Store was mentioned as a great example by the National Association of College Stores:
“I want my store to be a destination point,” Sears said in August. “I want to get away from the industry look of battleship gray. I want people to see something that’s individualized. I want this place to be like that good hamburger joint: a place where you don’t know what’s different about it, but it’s the place where you have to go.”
