It seems the more we dig the more we learn. As much as we are in Spencer’s Coffeehouse you think we would have noticed that Vegetarian Wednesday was happening.
Today they have Veggie Tortilla Soup for those who are looking. In recent days they also served a Black Bean, Corn Chowder and a Veggie Minestrone. Soup is not the only option at Spencer’s which has really stepped up it’s efforts in the Vegan and Vegetarian department in the last couple years.
If you have a recipe from the Farmer’s Market or are a chef at a local restaurant, let us know what you are serving up! Many haven’t considered Spencer’s Coffehouse for breakfast and it’s criminal. A great spot for a morning sandwich and of course great coffee served in an assortment of styles. Check them out online or fan them at their facebook page.
