Here is a great program to help you train for those fall 10k (or 5k, Half and Full Marathons) you have planned for this year. This from The Spot:

Join us for a 10 week group training program at the Spot! This program is designed to prepare our mind & bodies for the Medical Center 10K Classic on Saturday, October 21st. We will set individual goals for the race but work together as we sweat, focus, and pound the pavement as a team! All levels of experience are welcomed.

Dates:
August 15th – October 21st

Led by:
Charlotte Napier – Cycling Program Director
Katherine Holmes – Yoga Program Director

Investment:
$250 per person
$100 for members

Early Bird Pricing – $225 if you register before August 1st.

This 10 Week Program Includes:

>>Five group training days per week
>>Race registration

Schedule:

Tuesdays // Yoga 5:45pm
Wednesdays // Short Run Downtown 6:45pm
Thursdays // Spin 6pm
Saturdays // Long Run & Yoga at Kereiakes Park 7am
Sundays // Recovery Ride & Yin Yoga 2-3:15pm
