We’re getting to know the Owners, Managers and Artisans of some of our great partners. Today we speak with Josh Hampton, Yellowberri Owner and Operator:
1. Tell us a little about you as a person. Where are you from, what are your hobbies and where did you start your career that led to starting Yellowberri?
Hometown: Morgantown, KY / Proud father of Laney Bell age 3 / I like to read books, watch movies, listen to music & make art / After working for a horrible human-being and learning how to not treat people in the work place, I became determined to own a business and treat people kindly. Yellowberri, at least for me, was spawned out of need for a creative work environment and to spite all the horrible bosses.
2. What is your earliest memory of your work, what got you interested in it?
Yellowberri is a creative place and I can’t remember not wanting to be creative.
3. What is your favorite thing you create?
A good work environment.
Steak (rare), potato, mushrooms, salad & whiskey.
Very. Our existence depends on it.
Several. I like to maintain a degree of anonymity.
