From Dreams to Reality is a one-‐day workshop for anyone interested in giving old buildings new life to create a vibrant downtown!  It will be Thursday, May 17th,  9 AM-‐4:30 PM at 601 State Street. Featuring Keynote Speaker Holly Wiedemann of AU Associates:

Holly Wiedemann is the founder of AU Associates, Inc. (1990) and AU
Construction (2010), firms based on the principles of adaptive use and
focused on opportunities for both urban infill and revitalization of existing
structures. AU has been directly responsible for creating over $70 million of
projects and more than 5,820 jobs across the Commonwealth of Kentucky
and West Virginia, including recent work at the Thomas Edison School in
Covington, Parkside in Lexington, and Riverview in Clendenin, West Virginia.
Holly and her firm have been the recipients of numerous local, state and
national awards and recognitions for her leadership and service, their work in
affordable housing, and outstanding achievement in adaptive reuse.
