Basil Fizz was interesting. Not what I expected. I’m not a basil fan but I liked this. Tony takes us down a path for another tasty refreshing drink that tastes will be a favorite of those who like Basil:

Basil Fizz Instructions:
1. Take a Shaker filled with ice.
2. Break up some basil into the shaker.
3. Add some fresh ginger and muddle with ice and basil.
4. Add a small amount of Simple Syrup.
5. One shot of Vodka.
6. add more ice and top off with club soda then Mix.
7. Strain it into glass, top off with ice and serve with Basil garnish.
