One thing Downtown living has lacked was a great place to get bread, eggs and milk before the storms. Now they can get all these things and great desserts come this winter at JD Bakery and Cafe. Forget the winter, get them NOW! Some of the love they were constructing into dessert form was just beautiful baking:
Wonderful cookies.
Such great bread. So good many local restaurants are using it.
The beginnings of their amazing french toast.
Both are excellent, the chocolate is divine.
Pie. mmmmm.

We witnessed so much beautiful baked goodness we will make it in two installments. Fan their page and get down there Tue – Fri: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm and Sat: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm. They will serve the breakfast from 7:00 am till 1:30pm! Also, fan them on facebook for more updates.
