There are Halloween events and then there is the Southern Lanes Trick or Treat — and after twelve years, Bowling Green knows the difference.
Sunday October 25th from 4PM to 7PM, Southern Lanes opens its doors for one of the most beloved community Halloween traditions in Warren County. Safe. Fun. Festive. The kind of event that parents actually look forward to as much as the kids do.
Here is what to expect.
Local businesses set up throughout Southern Lanes decorating, handing out candy, coupons, and information to every trick or treater who comes through the door. It is Halloween meets Buy Local in the best possible way — kids fill their bags while families discover what Bowling Green’s business community has to offer.
And that is before anyone even picks up a bowling ball.
Games are running. The bowling lanes are open. The arcade inside is doing what arcades do on a Halloween Sunday evening when a room full of kids in costumes discovers it exists.
This is the 12th Annual event. Twelve years of Southern Lanes showing up for this community on one of the best nights of the fall calendar. The tradition holds because it earns it every single time.
