Bowling Green has the fortune of being in the “Path of Totality,” aka the optimal viewing range for August 21st’s total eclipse of the sun — and it just so happens that Spencer’s courtyard will have a direct view. So for those of you who want to sip or sup while you savor this once-in-a-lifetime sight, Spencer’s invites you to join the crew out back! Grab an iced latte, lunch, or even a beer at the courtyard bar (it’s a very special occasion, after all). The eclipse phase starts just before noon, and TOTAL ECLIPSE will be visible for 45 full seconds at 1:27pm. We’ll even have free eclipse-viewing safety glasses (with purchase) for the first 150 guests!
