Bringing small batches of hand crafted beer to Southern Kentucky, White Squirrel Brewery opened in early 2015. They are a “community brewery.” White Squirrel will use locally sourced ingredients where possible, give their spent grains back to farmers to feed their livestock, and put a portion of the profits back into local charities.
