Of course we love The Resurrection Shop. They have great style, make excellent choices on colors and have the know how to use Chalk Paint in the best way possible. Well, it gets better. They now carry a Kentucky Made Chalk paint called Heirloom. From the Louisville Producer Heirloom:
Our product line is a complete line of artist Chalk and Decorative finishes to help even the novice DIY’s create one of a kind, unique furniture and decorative items for your home.
Our products are chalk free and contain low V.O.C.’s.
All of our chalk type paints are water based and are easy to clean up. Our color line is like no other paint line on the market today. We offer an original color palette of 50 saturated colors that require no primer and no sanding prior to use. Most require one coat, depending on the look you might be creating.
The paints are easily distressed and have a age old appearance once completed.
Heirloom Traditions Paint is suitable for both wood, metals, ceramics, leather, etc. The bonding properties of this product are like to other. It dries to a mat finish with little to no brush marks with a velvety soft finish. Once the achieved paint color has been reached, one of our many wax products can be applied to seal, antique and protect the finish.
