All diabetic patients should keep up to date on their healthcare visits to assess diabetic retinopathy and neuropathy. At home, you can check your feet daily for cuts, sores, blisters, redness, or other problems. Report any problems to your primary physician. Also, have your eyes checked every year to assess any changes in vision that may occur. It is also important for you to monitor your blood glucose to determine how your diabetes managment plan is working. You should also record these numbers in a diary and take them to your next physician appointment to allow for the best possible care.
There is so much to learn about them and we’ll cover them more later. If you want to learn more now go to their facebook page. Also fan them here.
