In June B&J Gallery and Buy Local Bowling Green gave away a piece of art and American history with the Fort Knox Floor American Flag. Some are still available at B&J Gallery but the majority of flags are about to become harder to come by from the artist Russ Walkup. It’s a piece of art that has a historical significance to Kentucky and our fighting in World War II. The flag is made of the Barrack floors of Ft. Knox. Here is a photo of one of those soldiers who trained at Ft. Knox during the era this floor was used:

Put more art and love in the lives of your family and friends with a gift from B&J Gallery. Hurry into their store on 107 Nellums Ave. off Fairview Avenue while supplies of the Ft. Knox Flag are still available. They are also online at www.bandjgallery.com and on facebook.
