Coming to the Capitol is acclaimed musician and songwriter John Hiatt in a one night engagement promoting his new album, Dirty Jeans and Mudslide Hymns. Hiatt’s career spans more than 30 years, and his work has been covered by other musical artists from Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, BB King and Bonnie Raitt to Iggy Pop, Three Dog Night, and the Neville Brothers. In 2008 he was honored with the “Lifetime Achievement in Songwriting Award” by the Americana Music Association.
