Who doesn’t love an Italian dessert, drink, pleasure….. it’s all those things with a Spencer’s Twist. The Drink of the month from Spencer’s is the Afagato. Made with Ice Cream from Chaney’s instead of Gelato is the difference.
Spencer’s Coffeehouse Afagato Recipe:
+One scoop of Ice Cream (Gelato is traditional) in a mug.
+Set mug under Espresso to allow it to “drown” the scoop of Ice Cream (or Gelato).
+Drip will start out a dark rich color, shut off when it thins out to a yellow color.
+Eat with spoon and then drink what’s left!
