Before these stars of the College ranks take the field of your favorite NFL teams they have to go through this week’s draft. The oldest Sports Collectible store in Kentucky has you covered with Rookie Cards from SAGE who has autographed rookie cards in each box! SAGE Autographed Football 2011 is breaking new ground. In the history of trading cards there has never been an autographed-card-per-pack product issued BEFORE the draft of the players featured inside. SAGE Autographed Football 2011, arriving at distributors on Tuesday, April 26 (BUT BOWLING GREEN GOT THEM LAST WEEK) will be the first, launching days before the April 28-30 draft. The product will feature one authentic autographed card inserted into every pack – without any redemptions.

In addition, you can find randomly inserted much rarer autographed cards including Master Edition 1/1 Autographed Cards, Triple Autographed Cards  featuring three authentic autographs per card (such as the National Champions card featuring Cam Newton, Nick Fairley and Mario Fannin), and Aspire Autographed Cards of the top 8 skill position players in the draft (Cam Newton, Blaine Gabbert, Jake Locker, Ryan Mallett, Christian Ponder, AJ Green, Julio Jones and Mark Ingram). But that’s not all, if all goes as expected it won’t be long on April 28th before the name Cam Newton is called. It’s with that in mind that SA-GE Collectibles, Inc. has included the innovative “Draft Cam” insert  and autographed cards!

Issued before the 2011 football draft, SAGE Autographed Football 2011 asks the question “Who Will Draft Cam?” Cam Newton led Auburn to the 2010 National Championship after earning 2010 SEC Offensive Player of the Year, AP Player of the Year, and the 2010 Heisman Trophy in a landslide victory. Among Newton’s accomplishments: the 1st-ever SEC player to throw for over 2,000 yards and rush for over 1,000 in the same season, the 3rd-ever player in NCAA FBS history to throw and run for 20+ TDs in a single season, the SEC record-holder for yards rushing by a QB in a season—a record previously held by Auburn quarterback, Jimmy Sidle, that stood for over 40 years—and became just the 2nd QB to rush for over 1,000 yards in the conference’s history.

Five teams with QB needs and an early 2011 1st-round pick were considered the pre-draft favorites: Carolina (#1 overall), Buffalo (#3), Cincinnati (#4), Arizona (#5), and San Francisco (#7). When collectors hear “With the ___ pick __________ has chosen, Cam Newton – Quarterback” a few lucky ones will have those cards already in hand.
