We love walking into our local butcher Rian’s Fatted Calf. If not for the pleasant faces ready to take care of us the great options being added daily. Like our favorite (due to our increase of veggies):
Our love of Sunny Point, both styles of potatoes and also the peppers keeps us consistently visiting. Side note: That Maple Syrup is local (Logan County) and the best I’ve ever had. Then there was the Shark. That’s right, Shark. It was caught on a Wednesday in Hawaii and on your plate Thursday in Bowling Green. Rian’s Fatted Calf will from time to time get Mako Shark Filets available from Honolulu, Hawaii.

Lastly, the past two weeks Rian’s has had a special aged meat on sale that sold out in a snap. You have to follow them (or us) on Social Media pretty closely to know when it’s available for sale. I am speaking of the 65 day dry aged Prime Tomahawk Ribeye just in from Georgia!
