They have Ribeye Steaks that have been dry aged for 40 days!
JD Bakery & Cafe on College Street is doing the brisket burger (From Rian’s Fatted Calf Meat Shoppe) w/cheddar, BBQ sauce an fried onions. Sides are mac-n-cheese and baked beans. Joni of JD Bakery says, “Steven adds ribeye, sirloin an any other steak scraps they have an it’s hands down best burger I’ve ever had.”
