Super Bowl Chili. Cook on Saturday, eat on Sunday.
No real recipe, but you can’t go wrong with Zillion’s Chili Bowl Chili Seasoning Mix* (available at Rian’s Fatted Calf Meat Shoppe). Also used Dolan Farms beef, spicy tomato juice from Summer Garden Memories, and rehydrated dehydrated peppers from Need More Acres CSA Farm. Good stuff. And spicy.
*Zillion’s is also our favorite seasoning for grilled chicken — just oil & Zillions & fire.
