We are getting close to election day in Kentucky. After last night’s debate in Kentucky it’s time to suit up for your candidates. Kentucky’s oldest Sports Card Shop has you covered with 2012 campaign buttons. They also are great for collectors of political memorabilia. Steve’s Sports Cards is a member of APIC and a dealer of great past political items. What is APIC? The APIC, started in 1945, has over 2000 members and is one of the oldest hobby organizations in the country next to coin and stamp collector organizations. Their members are quite diverse, young and old, and come from all walks of life. They have members with interests in history, politics, political parties, social movements, the environment, and many other areas.

Sample of the Classic Campaign buttons (some are over 100 years old and he does have stuff from our first President George Washington):

Steve’s Sports Cards is located on 31w and is hidden a bit from the eye. If you look hard enough you will see this gem sitting off the road and just inviting you in. Steve’s Sports Cards is a great place because it has so much to offer the sports collector but, the fact they carry political collectibles is another feather in their cap. The longest running Sports card shop in the state, it’s a must see in Bowling Green.
