Don’t forget auditions TOMORROW for Capitol Arts Youth Theatre’s Spring production Arthur’s Stone, Merlin’s Fire, May 4th-6th. CAYT is very excited about this show. This adaptation of the classic Arthurian tale takes a unique point of view on the legend of the sword in the stone. It is an exciting story with real action, humor and a little bit of magic. They have several opportunities for actors, but this show is full of opportunities for dancers, musicians, and everyone in between to have great roles.
Initial auditions will be tomorrow from 4:00-6:00pm. Callbacks and alternate audition times will be Thursday, March 8th from 4:00-6:00pm. All auditions will be at the Pushin Building located at 400 E. Main St., Bowling Green, KY.
Auditions are open to everyone in grades 2 to 12. If you would like to audition, but cannot attend the scheduled audition times and would like to set up an alternate audition time, or if you have any questions please contact Ashley Gentry at boxoffice@capitolarts.com or (270) 782-2787. Due to the nature of this production there will be a short movement and music portion at the end of this audition. Therefore they are asking you to plan on being there the whole time, but they will get you out as soon as possible.
