Ever since the sell of the “Spot Cash” building occurred in July at auction the town has been wondering what the winning bidders, Tim and Danielle Labold were going to do with the building. Well, October 3rd all questions will be answered but, we have some of them straight from Danielle:

The Unique gifts don’t end there. Their will be multiple sections of the store that will feature local artists. Not to mention the front part of the store’s Print Mafia section. Since downtown lost Dollar General they will offer convenience items like muffins, snack foods, candy, cigarettes (that will probably come in November), drinks and whatever you the customer clamors for her to carry.
The basement will house an awesome supplier for Bowling Green of architectural salvage and a vintage bike shop. That will be the long term goal for that area of the store.
Labold and Sons has really become a friend to the “Buy Local” community and over the next year we hope the city embraces their unique shop as they develop their concept. Located at 320 E. Main Ave. currently you can fan them on facebook.
