Owner Michael Hughes strives to offer not only a quality product but, something different each day. “We really try to give a good variety and change it up. Everyday you can come in and get our marinated grilled chicken. We also, try to make sure there are 2 different entrees daily.” Cambridge Market could be described as not only affordable comfort food but an upscale version with the highest quality of ingredients. This weeks special entrees should be eye opening to that goal as they served Bacon Cheddar Chicken, Pork Loin N Cream Suace, Meatloaf, Rosemary Chicken, BBQ on Corncakes, Chicken Paprika, Hot Chicken Salad, Spiral Ham, as well as today’s specials Spaghetti and Meat Sauce and Salmon Patty with Jalapeno Sauce.
When Buy Local Bowling Green was able to go visit and see the beauty of fresh products bought from local farmers it brought a smile to our face. Then you add the element of making food from scratch the old fashioned way and it felt as if a tear would soon come to our eye. Then the taste….. oh the taste.
